Komae Sta. 1R 205

No personal guarantor is required. For an individual contract, enrolment with a rent guarantee company is required in principle: an initial guarantee fee (30,000 yen for the bank transfer plan, or 42,000 yen for the credit card plan) plus a monthly guarantee fee of 3,000 yen. If you pay the full amount, from the initial costs through to the move-out costs, in a single payment at move-in, or if the contract is in a company name, enrolment with a guarantee company is not required. For rooms without internet, an optional mobile Wi-Fi rental is available (contract handling fee 4,000 yen and 4,000 yen per month, both tax included).
